1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 77cuci platform — whether via website or mobile app — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 77cuci as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes.

The 77cuci platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Users who register with false information or access the platform on behalf of another person without authorisation are in breach of these terms and their accounts will be terminated.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on 77cuci. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed, including any funds held within them.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 77cuci reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing any fund withdrawals.

You are fully responsible for keeping your password and account login details secure. Any activity that occurs through your account is considered your own. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

Users agree to use the 77cuci platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform without prior written consent from 77cuci.
  • Attempting to hack, manipulate, or attack the platform's security systems.
  • Sharing an account or transferring account access to a third party.
  • Using the platform to carry out any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
  • Distributing content that is threatening, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of other users.

77cuci reserves the right to investigate and take action against any breach, including suspending accounts, reporting to relevant authorities, and pursuing appropriate legal remedies.

4. Payment & MYR Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the 77cuci platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds belong to them and were obtained through legitimate means.

77cuci supports a range of local payment methods, including FPX bank transfers, Touch 'n Go and Boost e-wallets, and debit or credit cards issued by licensed banks in Malaysia. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method and are subject to change.

Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with established verification procedures. 77cuci reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request where additional identity verification is required, fraudulent activity is suspected, or these terms have been breached. Funds involved in activities that violate these terms may be forfeited without compensation.

Any fees charged by third-party payment providers are the user's responsibility and will not be borne by 77cuci.

5. Liability Limits & Account Policy

The 77cuci platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. 77cuci is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions, technical errors, or unauthorised account access that did not occur as a result of our negligence.

77cuci reserves the right to temporarily suspend a user's account for investigation purposes without prior notice. Accounts may be permanently closed if found to be in breach of these terms, involved in fraudulent activity, or upon request by law enforcement agencies. Where an account is closed due to a violation, 77cuci is under no obligation to return any remaining balance.

77cuci's maximum total liability to any user, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

All content on the 77cuci platform — including logos, brand names, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of 77cuci and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, sell, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without written consent from 77cuci.

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only, and 77cuci has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Access to any third-party website is entirely at the user's own risk.

77cuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes the user's full acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
